New to Tmobile from ATT, I have a company account and just found out that I can't change plans, or order new phones unless I call Tmobile. This is very unusual to me since I used to log into ATT and do everything from my account. Is this normal for Tmobile? why would they make it so hard on the customers?

Any other business accounts having the same problem?
