So I called customer service and got a replacement sent out to me back light went out on my black iPhone 5 and it came with iOS 6.1.2!' Jailbreaking!! Whoo and better battery!

T-mobile customers wanting iOS 6.1.2

Most of the phones in the stores come with 6.1.2 but the OTA software update and the iTunes update we do in store (limited version of iTunes) updates the carrier settings to support LTE. I ask most of the younger customers and tech savy customers if they're going to jailbreak the phone before I hook it up to the computer.
Good to hear you're getting one you can JB though!
