You'll get nowhere.

It's not their choice. Apple designs the phone. Apple sells the phone.

No iPhone to date, including the 4S, supports the AWS frequencies that T-Mobile uses for 3G. It required no new hardware to get the CDMA iPhone 4 / 4S running on Sprint from Verizon.
