Carrier T-Mobile in NYC

So I have T-Mobile in NYC. It is great everywhere I go but near the freedom tower, I get terrible speeds. Download is below 1mbps and upload can be anywhere from 0.07 to 4mbps. Ping is great and have 4 bars of signal. Anyone else have this issues around this area? If it's congestion, it's pretty bad.

My best friend has T-Mobile in NYC and she has the same issue as you do. Just this morning her phone was having trouble receiving texts again.

Reception in proximity to the Freedom tower is POOR. This is by no means unique to TM. AT&T was unusable. I currently have VZ. It is better, but nothing to rave about.

They're probably still working out the coverage there.

This problem has persisted for years in that location. Well before the Freedom Tower opened.

I'm thinking it's gotta do with congestion too. So many people there. I have VZW and I'm hoping to go up there in the next year or so so we'll see how the coverage is.
