Has anyone have any experience with getting WebGuard (Net Nanny from Tmobile) disabled? I am getting frustrated and upset.

I have a pre-paid account from Tmobile on my new iPad rMini. I discovered yesterday about WebGuard and the fact you are automatically 'opted in' if you have a pre-paid account. I have tried to go online to disable, but the account profiles are undergoing "maintenance". I have called support twice..... got absolutely no help..... their advice is go online to disable WebGuard.

I going to the Tmobile store tomorrow. Has anyone had to go to the store to get this disabled? If so, other than driver's license, do I need another ID?
