T-Mobile iPhone 11 Pro Max trade in offer accepted offer paperwork shows $140 not $350.

Called T-Mobile about this and was assured trade value would be $350 in form of 24 monthly credits. Of course my phone would have to be working and in good condition, which it is.

Anyone else see the same value variation on their trade in paperwork?

Very happy with 11 Pro Max 256, definitely an upgrade from 7 Plus 256.

You get the current value of trade in credited back to your account. Then you get bill credits for the difference over 24 months.

$350 - $140 = $210 / 24 = $8.75 credit monthly.

As agreed, T-Mobile is crediting me the full $350 trade in value, spread over 24 months.

New iPhone 11 Pro Max is still great, used the phone at the beach with slightly wet fingers, Touch ID never worked for me in that environmen.
