T-mobile iPhone 4/4S

I know the main focus for T-mobile is iPhone 5, but does anyone have any ideas in what markets t-mobile will be selling 4/4S models? Is Chicago one of them?

I went to Tmobile's website, went to the Phone section, and selected Apple to filter out all no-iPhones. The 4 and 4S showed up in the list but the Add to Cart button was grayed out, saying they're not available in my area. The 5 was available though.
