T-Mobile iPhone 5 Pre-Order Shipping

Called customer service and 3 people gave me 3 different answers so I figured I'd ask here...

Will the pre-order be just like when I did it with Verizon? ie Will the phone get delivered on Friday by UPS, just like with every other pre-ordered iPhone?

I preordered the phone sunday, and i have an expected delivery date of the 15th. i used my phone number as the reference on UPS's site.
 
I did Overnight ($24.99, but got it Free ) and it shows a delivery date of 4/11/13. But, I doubt it'll be here before Monday! No tracking number posted yet!
 
I ordered my iPhone last night by calling customer care with overnight shipping and the lady I spoke with confirmed that it would be delivered tomorrow on the 12th.
 
Everyone [ T-Mobile CSRs ] says something different. Here are three answers I've received so far:

1) Will be delivered on the 12th if you ordered OVERNIGHT - NEXT DAY.
2) Will ship on the 12th, no matter what shipping you chose. If it's Overnight, NEXT DAY, the device will be delivered on Monday.
3) Will be delivered today for Overnight - NEXT DAY customers.
4) Will be delivered on the 12th, no matter what shipping.

Having said that, they have NO tracking info/number in their system or on my.t-mobile.com

I even called UPS, and they couldn't locate any package for me for today's delivery or any tracking number, for that matter!

T-Mobile's supply chain def. need better management!!
 
I also spoke to three CSA yesterday. No one has a clue. I see that my phones have shipped, but the tracking number does not show up on the UPS. I was told that I could not get next day shipping. The word clueless comes to mind.
 
FYI: Just logged in to my TMO account, and the status is now shipped and shows a tracking number too.

However, when I click on it, the UPS page cannot find any info on it. I'm assuming their systems will get updated tonight!

i just got notification that I won't get my phones until the end of next week. I could have saved $14 and got my phones on release date by not pre-ordering. I live within 10 minutes of four t-mobil shops . So why did I pre order, to screw myself? I guess so. Never again Never again.

I had to order it online because they won't be offering the 32gb version in store. Mine will be here on the 16th.

Make sure you check the delivery date on UPS with the tracking number. Don't trust T-Mobile's delivery date. Many phones should arrive tomorrow.

Checked the ups tracking info. Their ground shipping is slow as ****.

So i pre-ordered mine around ,on the 4/5/13 and it said estimated delivery was 4/15/13 but last night i got an email confirmation for delivery by end of day, today 4/12/13 with a UPS tracking number.:p:):D

Got mine... JB'ing right now :D

I think [hope] most will get it today, expedited shipping or lack thereof!
