Carrier T-mobile iPhone XS sold out

I guess the iPhone XS has been more popular than thought or there is a strange shortage of the T-mobile variants.

I've not had a problem walking into any carrier store the past few years and getting an iPhone. All the stores near me, including the Apple store are sold out (according to online stock)

Weird huh? Thoughts / experiences?

My mate tried to pick up a regular Xs today at T-Mobile (Gateshead) and they had none left. But did have a few Maxes. Personally, thought it would be the opposite. The more you know!

I went to two T-Mobile stores in my area on launch day, the first one only received gold XS and the second store received no iPhones at all. I ended up ordering a white XS Max 64 from the store and it's supposed to be here by Thursday. I thought it was strange that they didn't have any.
