T-Mobile not an option for purchase on Apple Store app

Just went exploring the Apple Store app to make sure my account etc is all in order for tonight and found that T-Mobile is NOT an option for purchase on the app. Only ATT, Verizon and Sprint.

I've found the app being the best method in the past. Any idea why it's not an option ?

You'll just have to use the website. It seems Apple only does traditional upgrades on the app so T-Mobile isn't listed.
