I know there are more than a few tmobile threads circulating the forum right now and I have checked them out, however none can justify my issue so I have to post a thread about it. I can't say that I have checked every single post about tmobile, if my question had already been answered in previous posts, please inform me and delete the thread (< MODs of course).
I have t-mobile's 100MB w/unlimited text mess for $19.99/month. Everything was working fine until few weeks ago when I launched internet it directed me to a page which said "Your subscription is not compatible to your current cellular device, please consider upgrade your package" or something to that effect.
Now, I tried to turn my edge off and on and the message remains. However, I did got it to work by restoring my iphone (simple respring doesn't work) and viola, it worked again. But the victory was short lasted as it happened again recently and this time, restarting my iphone doesn't work any. Does anyone have a solution for this, or another package that I can use?
