I have an iphone 3g running iOS4 that has already been jailbroken with pwnagetool.

I used ultrasn0w to "unlock" the carrier restrictions, but my t-mobile sim still shows up as sim locked. The strange thing is that I tried a t-mobile sim from another phone in my house, and it works!

Is there something I am not aware of that would make one t-mobile sim work and the other show up as locked?

Thanks :)
