OK .... I dont have issues with the network quality but the people managing the billing and promotion department are really bad at their job ...
Long story short: at launch day (last September) I order a new iPhone 7 plus and trade my iPhone 6 as part of their offer: get the iPhone 7 "free" (taxes and upgrade size/memory not included) if you stay 2 years on their network. First disappointment, I had to wait more than one month to get the iPhone 7. Order on launch day and received it end of October. It is ok, I understand this model was available in short supply high demand. When I received the iphone 7, I returned to Tmobile my iPhone 6 and no issues there they credit the 165$ on my account. Then after 2 bill cycle, I'm still paying for the iPhone 7 as a "new" device under the Equipment plan. I call T-mo and they tell me to wait one more bill cycle. After 2 weeks they call me back telling me since I "enjoyed" the promotion in October, I have to switch plan to an unlimited one from my simple plan. I answer this is wrong because I order my iPhone 7 on launch day and received it in October due to low availability and not my fault but theirs and the order was done before that rule to switch to the unlimited plan. They answer me they have to check, takes them 2 weeks and call me back saying I'm right and I should be credited for the iPhone 7 the next bill without changing plan.
... and here we are mid-february and still waiting for the promotion to kick in! Everytime I'm contacting them they say "next bill" cycle. Is anyone else in the same situation? If yes how did you push them to fix this issue?
Thank you,
