T-Mobile UK: Visual Voicemail?

The iPhone 4 is coming to T-Mobile UK.

2 Questions:

1) Is it coming on launch day - 24th?

2) Will they have visual voice mail at launch?

Any feedback from T-Mobile UK customers would be greatly appreciated.

I called up t-mobile and they didn't even know what a microsim was !!! They said all phones use a standard sim

The answer to (1) seems to be NO. My contract is up for renewal so I phoned their retentions department yesterday and was told they definitely wouldn't have it on launch day but "possibly" early July, and wouldn't be able to give me further details until "they're in the warehouse"!
