T-Zone + Skype = Cheap Phone Service?

I was wondering..does anyone know if this would work? If T-Zones give you unlimited web/e-mail when you combine that w/skype on the iPhone that's $30/year for unlimited calls. Would this work?

After further investigation of Skype for the iPhone, I only found the one offered by Shape Services:

This is basically useless, because it requires you to still use your mobile provider's minutes in addition to double Skype minutes!
Is there any better solution out there for Skype on the iPhone?
