Prior to Yosemite, the tab bar in Terminal displayed fixed-width tabs.
But with Yosemite, if I open a second tab, the two tabs stretch the width of the Terminal window, which is less desirable from a "scan my tabs" perspective.
Instead of this:
| . . . . tab . . . . | . . . . tab . . . . |
Yosemite gives me this:
| . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . tab . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . | . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . tab . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . |
The same is true for the Safari tab bar. Is there a configurable setting that controls this?
