Tab broke for memory

I was installing memory upgrade today and one side came out install fine but on the other side the black tab broke off is there another way to get the memory ram out or am I screwed?

At this point I'd take it in to Apple, the RAM slots can be replaced. If you fool around with it any more you are likely to cuse damage to the LB.the slots are a relatively cheap repair...a new LB isn't.
