I don't know why but yesterday I started getting redircets when surfing the internet. IT's something called tabcontent.net I've downloaded avast! and done a full system scan and it came up clean yet even when trying to send company emails through their portal it keeps redirecting me to download and update adobe or something like that. Any help!? I have no idea how my macbook managed to get it especially since I haven't been using it much over the past week. Really worried about this and making it go away.

I'm on the Macbook Pro 2015 and using google chrome.

Check the Chrome extensions (Chrome/Preferences.../Extensions). Temporarily disable all Extensions and test. If the problem is gone then Enable one Extension at a time to find the offending Extension.
