iPad Tab Limit and Grouping

Hello,

I was just wondering if anyone knows the maximum number of tabs under iOS 8?

Last week on iOS 7 I has a wiki binge, opened a lot of new tabs... Which then overwrote my old ones. So now that I have updated to iOS 8, I want to keep this in mind.

Also, is it possible to group more than three tabs together? I was surprised by the tab grouping option, a handy feature which groups all of my current searches, or multiple forum topics together. However it only seems to group three. Is there anyway of adding more into the grouping?
