I spend all day using a web based ticketing system that requires me to input data and submit the information.
On a PC/Mac, I can jump between fields quickly using tab, including tabbing to the actual "Submit" button - once tabbed, I can hit the space bar and the ticket submits without me having to manually click the button.

This functionality does not exist on the iPad as far as I can tell - I can tab between fields, but I can not tab to the Submit button.

I know this doesn't sound like a big deal but when I am entering lots of data, I would like to be able to quickly jump from one ticket to the next without having to manually click, etc. This is a great time saver for me and significantly improves my productivity.

Does anyone know of a workaround, or am I just out of luck?

Thank you!

When I went looking at keyboards I tested them to see what shortcuts they have and the Tabbing through was there. On a Mac you select Tab + Command and the same with iPad keyboards.

Since there aren't any instructions on how to use the iPad (a huge manual). You can look on the web to find shortcut for the iPad keyboard.

Here is a list of them including those for several apps

There is a cheat sheet on the iPad too
