tabbing between windows from the same application

lets say you have 4 firefox windows open. i know when they are all maximised, you can use apple key + tilda ( ~) to tab between the firefox windows, but if there are firefox windows minimised to the dock, they wont be scrolled. how do i maximise all windows using a keyboard shortcut?

AFAIK, once you've minimized a window, it's stuck in the Dock until you click it back out.
