Tabbing between windows?

Is there a way to quickly tab between windows, not applications? I know that you can tab between applications by command + tab but there are times when you need to tab between the windows of an application and other applications.

command and ~ will tab between open application windows within a single app.

hehe yes, expose is a wonderful thing, however keyboard shortcuts are still always faster!

Just checked and found F10 is on my keyboard.
