Whenever I browse a webpage with an input form (Name, Address, etc), I use the tab key to go to the next field. When Im my Mac, it skips the pulldown fields, typically the "State". This doesnt happen on my Windows machine. I am using Firefox.

Any ideas?

To to System Prefs -> Keyboard & Mouse ->Keyboard Shortcuts
On the bottom, select the radio button "All Controls".

Alternatively, you could hit ^-F7 (that's Control and F7). You should now be able to tab to drop down lists.

Thanks, that was it :)

Any reason why you wouldnt want that checked? Why isnt this the default setting?
