iOS TableView font on iPad

Have just started making sample programs for iPad. Have made a tableview in IB. When the tableview is loaded into simultor the cell height, navigationbar height, toolbar height and font on the table viwe are all very small. How can I correct this?
 
I am not sure which view of iPad simulator is the view on the device. I think that the 100% scale view of iPad Simulator will match the view on the real device. Please suggest.
