Tag photos in a map with iPad?

For photos taken with a camera without geotagging capabilities, I can go into iPhoto on my mac and assign a location with Places. Unfortunately, the very limited iPhoto for iOS does not allow this. There must be apps that allow you to do this, but I cannot find them. There are plenty of apps that use GPS to create geotagging logs, but that is not what I am looking for. I want something where I can assign a location to a photo using a map. Any suggestions?
