Tagr edit mp3

I've been using Tagr to edit my mp3 files, cataloging and placing jpegs onto the file. However, since upgrading to High Sierra, I can only see the default icon (the musical note). I've refreshed the permssion for the Home folder etc. nothing. I have three mac computers and they all have the same problem. HELP PLEASE

for me seem to be solved by installing itunes 12.6.3
