Tailscale passkey - how do I create one as an owner of the account?

I have a Tailscale account and use ‘sign in with Apple’. I would like to set up a passkey for my owner account but, I don’t can’t find where to do that. The website says passkeys are supported. Anyone know where to do this?

It looks like you can create an admin account with a passkey but maybe not add one to an owner account:
