The app concentrates on 4 core areas of life such as Physical, Spiritual, Emotional and Intellectual.
1. Define the GOALS that you would like to achieve in all 4 areas of your life.
2. Specify the HABITS you need to establish in order to achieve your goals.
3. Set up on a CALENDAR the start time and duration of each activity.
4. Activate NOTIFICATIONS to remind you when the activity should be done.
5. Track the PERFORMANCE (progression of establishing a Habit or accomplishment of a Goal) in graph form. Activities done consistently at least 30 times indicate establishment of a Habit. If an activity is missed, the performance counter for that Habit is reset.
6. Set a daily SELF-ASSESSMENT time to generate statistics for the Performance tracking.
7. Switch on MORNING MOTIVATION to keep you inspired!
8. Celebrate achieved goals and established habits in the ACHIEVEMENTS section. It will remind you just how much you have developed!

Shape your own optimal life! :) http://bit.ly/Ov45mm
