I noticed on my new 11 that it takes about 20 seconds or more to fully shut down. Everything turns off mostly immediately but there is still evidence that The actual screen I still on for quite a long time after I swipe to power off. A faint glow. Is that normal? My old iPhone seemed to shut down much faster. So to completely reboot now it feels like it takes forever.

i have also been having some issues from time to time loading web pages. Just wont respond when I click a link, and just hangs forever. Wondering if that’s the software.

thanks

Same here. No spinning wheel anymore to tell you when it’s finished shutting down.

Not shutting down for any particular reason. Just surprised it takes so much longer than my 6S+ did.

Same here with my iPhone XR. iOS 12.x was quick, but the iOS 13.x upgrade seems to cause shutdown to take longer.

With iOS 13 the shutdown process takes longer (and mostly doesn't seem to haven a spinner present while it's still shutting down).
Yea I agree it's software too. Because I'm almost sure I remember the same thing happening with my XS Max near the end.
