Taking apps out of the "Social" box

So I think I was touching my iphone unpurposely, and I created a box called "social" which i guess functions similarly to utilities, and it put my camera and my msn in there. I don't want that. How do i delete this box and put my camera and msn back in their original spots?

This is a new iOS 4 update. You now may group apps into folders. To remove or add, simply hold your finger on the app till it shakes. Then, drag the app out of the folder.
