Taking care of 13" MBPr battery

Hi all

I really want my battery to last as long as possible. Just curious if it's bad to leave plugged in overnight once fully charged? (With laptop shut down not sleeping)

Or is it bad to leave plugged in while working at desk?
How often should the battery be run down and how far?

Any info along those lines much appreciated.

Currently getting about 10 hours with regular use, very impressed would like to maintain this as long as possible!

Here is some info from Apple that will help you out.

It is okay to leave plugged in overnight or when working all day. It is good to run on battery power occasionally to exercise the battery. You don't need to completely run down the newer Mac batteries any longer.
