I've about had enough with my Speck Candyshell. The sides peeling away, the bubbling of my screen protector, and the back collection insane amounts of scratches makes my inner perfectionist rage. So I've decided to take it back, but I don't know how AT&T deals with these things, and would like a little prep before hand. Will they hassle me for the scratches? Charge me a restocking fee?

No smart ass/clever/unhelpful remarks necessary either. Just need a little help.

Thanks.

I just returned POS Body Glove case to AT&T and they refunded me no questions asked, no restocking fee. I did have the original packaging and receipt though.

When I bought a case at AT&T the guy told me I wouldn't need the packaging or receipt to return it (they can look up your receipt).

I got a warranty replacement from the manufacturer, though, so I didn't try returning the case.

I don't have my receipt handy right now, but what is their timeframe for returning cases? Is it 30 days?

Thanks!
