My iPhone 6's battery has been absurdly bad since getting it and it's getting worse. It drains about a percent per minute, doing nothing. We'll see that they can do.

They'll probably just replace it over the counter, but it's possible that it's not a hardware issue and you may just encounter the same problem. I'd recommend going over your background app settings, location permissions, and battery usage stats and seeing if there's an easy explanation in there.

For that matter, could you upload a screenshot of the usage page in settings so we can see what apps are eating battery?

Please post a pic of your battery life including what was used in the past 24 hours as well.

There could be many factors to why your battery may be running low.

Have you tried restoring it? I'm guessing there's nothing wrong with the battery, and everything wrong with whatever app isn't designed for iOS 8 and is running in the background..

Any followup?

I know right? All that buildup and then nothing.

Did he get a replacement? Was he told to go pound sand? Did Tim Cook jump out from the back and bend his iPhone in front of him while laughing maniacally?
