Taking Lion from a new Mac with Lion pre-installed and upgrading your other Macs

If Lion came pre-installed on your Mac, like one of those new Mac Minis or MBAs, could you take the install file and use that to upgrade the other authorized Macs in your house?

If so, would this also violate any terms of the EULA?
