iPod touch Taking my 2g touch in for repair to Apple Store tomorrow.

I've done everything that Apple has asked me to do including reset, restore, another full 6 hour charge on the computer and the next step they told me was send it in for repair. The battery is just lasting 4-5 hours while just on music with backlight off, wifi off, push off, and eq off. Do I need to log everything that I've tried to bring to the genius tomorrow?

My battery is basically dead from recent battery test. Do I need to charge it or do anything to my ipod before bringing it in?
