Taking slow-mo videos can cause phone to crash

I've already submitted this issue via Feedback.

Received a package of frozen goods via UPS earlier today. Of course, I had to play with it. 👍🥶 While doing some slow-motion video capture of the waterfalls of evaporating CO2, my phone would crash ... maybe 30% - 50% of the time ... and reboot.
