Taking Stills from a DVD!`

I heard of a program that allows you to take still pictures from a DVD...

where is it?!
where can i find it?!

The last time i tried to do this, i had to rip portions of the video into a viewer that allowed screen captures. There's a very comprehensive guide to ripping DVD's and screen captures, do a google search and you should find it-- they have both a web and downloadable HTML guide, handy to have.
