Talk to text / Siri not working on LTE/data after upgrade to 8.4 today

Anyone else? This is happening on both my phone and my girlfriend's. So it isn't completely isolated. We are on AT&T. It works fine on wifi. Not at all without wifi. It could possibly be unrelated to 8.4 but we both just upgraded so....

Yep..that was what I was going to ask on here. I have the iPhone 6 and Siri did not like me today when I was on the road..saying he could not connect to the internet....LTE did not work for me...err...Siri. And yes when I got home Siri worked via my WiFi.

Siri works okay on LTE here in TMO network.
It looks like it's an AT&T thing.

I'm in NW Cobb County so perhaps it was a regional thing. It appears to finally be working again.
