Is it possible change the standard ring tone to some thing like call from xxx-xxx-xxxx and then the stanadard ring tone. Most of the android phones have this feature and it could be very usefull.

If your iPhone is jailbroken you can download an app called CallTell ($1.99) from Cydia. Only works on 3GS or 4.

That's why I created AutoRingtone! There are free versions so try it out!
