Coverage is pretty good over here. You'll have no real issues by the (Brighthouse Field) Phillies' stadium (Drew St & U.S. 19).

There are some dead spots like when going the BaySide Bridge but that is about it.

I've only been there on day trips, and then only to Sunset Beach and to Tropicana Field, but I had absolutely no problem with coverage while getting to or while at either place (and I used GPS extensively both times).

Don't live there but have friends there and they say their coverage is pretty good. Like any city, you'll see spots here and there. But other than the drive by dead spots, you're golden pony boy.
