Tap Tap revenge 2 not working?

Tap Tap Revenge 2 is not working on my jailbroken ipod touch.

Am I the only one, or is this a reoccurring problem?

BTW number one works fine.

This was obtained legally through the iTunes App Store, correct?

What kind of problem are you having? Every time I open it and click on a song, the app quits. I restarted my iPod touch and resynced it on my Macbook, but it still doesn't seem to work. I might delete it and re-download it soon to see if it fixes it.

Is yours a similar problem?

Perhaps delete it then reinstall through iTunes?

And sorry for asking if you pirated it I thought only the first Tap Tap game was free, and quite a few iPod Touch users have this idea that the purpose of Jailbreaking is to obtain apps free of charge.
