How do you play TTR?

Ok, everyone. Here's the big question; for TTR do you use thumbs, or 3 fingers on one hand?
 
Neither.

I use DXChain's grip, thumb from left hand for left rail, right pointing finger for middle rail, right middle finger for right rail.

I went from 2 thumbs to that grip, and my scores literally doubled.
