iPad Tap to highlight - Trackpad 2 iPadOS

I have managed to set my Magic Trackpad 2 up with tap to click and works fine

Is there a way to Tap to highlight text? This is what I miss since I do this on my MacBook

If you mean select text, tapping twice selects a word, tapping three times selects a paragraph.

This is not like in macOS, where any text and letter can be selected.
