I have updates to the lasted version that came out on July 30. Is anyone else having trouble getting quote notifications from MacRumors?

Hmm. That's weird. Have you tried reinstalling the app? If so then I suggest contacting them: admin@tapatalk.com
But I suggest doing so through the app. Go to settings, about, contact us. This way device/app information will automatically be generated and sent with your message.
