Tapatalk - "Top dicussion of the day" notification

The past few days I've been receiving a push notification in Tapatalk for MacRumor's top discussion of the day and I haven't figured out any way of turning this off.

For example about an hour ago I received a "Apple Providing Live Video of Today's iPad and Mac Event on Apple TV, and other top discussions of the day" notification.

I have notifications turned off for Subscribed Forums and Topics for MacRumors and I also have Recommendations for Forums and Discussions turned off.

Did something change a few days ago? Why am I receiving these and how can I stop it?

I haven't been able to stop these either.

Same here. I get them for forums I've never visited or heard of. It's annoying. I don't think there's a way to disable it.

Looks like it's a Tapatalk bug, hopefully the devs see this and this and get a fix out ASAP.
