Taptic Clicking sound - Slide to answer an incomming call

Can someone confirm or explain this issue?

If the iPhone is ringing and vibrating, I have a click, when I am sliding to answer while it is vibrating.

I have this issue with an IPhone X and IPhone 7. It seems, that this is like a confirmation for answering the incomming call, But it is only If you activate vibration and ringtone together.
