I intended to put a ? after my title post.....have a 13’ MacBook Retina Pro. Four years ago, I bought a Tardisk.
It worked great, got my storage from 256 Mb to 512 Mb, until the MacBook started regularly having crashes, which, after I contacted tech support, led to my backing up the MacBook, reformatting, and restoring. Then a year or so later, same thing started happening.
Then MacOS evolved, and the Tardisk was no longer useable at all. Tech support acknowledged the problem, and offered me a 50% refund, since I was out of warranty, but I declined the deal, as I could use the chip for storage and the price was about like buying a new one.
Then today I got a request for a review from Tardisk, and the tardisk.com website appears to be live again.
Is anyone aware whether Tardisk is really back in business, and working with the current MacOS? I really would like the expanded RAM on my MacBook....
