Target Display Configuration

Having some trouble getting the Target Display to work with the current configuration:
- (Primary Computer) Late 2011 15" MacBook Pro i7
- 27" Thunderbolt Display 2012
- (Desired target display) 27" iMac i7 late 2009

Is there anyway to make the MBP the main computer using the thunderbolt and iMac as displays?

You need to hold down the "T" key on the target computer...Step by step here:
