Idk if this has been posted yet, but I received an email at work stating:
"By the week of November 7, the iPhone will be available for purchase at all Target Mobile stores that currently carry AT&T contract cell phones. The iPhone 3GS and the 16GB and 32GB iPhone 4 will be available as well as 10 accessories."
