Hello All,

I just borrowed my brothers Tascam US-122L interface and I am having troubles setting it up. I am running Lion on my mac and have it booted into 32 bit mode with the current drivers and firmware downloaded.

Under the "about this mac" usb tab, it senses the US-122L. When I open garageband I go to MIDI/AUDIO preferences and change the input to the US-122L device on the drop down menu. However, it says I have zero midi devices connected.

I have a Yamaha YPT-300 keyboard with a midi out and midi in. There is a cable running from my keyboard's MIDI out to the US-122L's MIDI in. The "MIDI IN" light is lit and is red.

Does anyone know why garageband is telling me I have zero midi devices connected??? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Thanks,

Taylor
